Wrennon ("we," "us," "our") designs and deploys custom AI agents for businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through our website and client-facing tools, how we use it, and what choices you have. It applies to wrennon.com and any agent we deploy on a client's behalf, unless that client has its own separate privacy policy governing the interaction.
Information we collect
When you fill out our contact form, we collect what you submit: your name, company, work email, role, and a description of your use case. If you message an AI agent we've deployed (including over WhatsApp), we collect the content of that conversation and your contact identifier (such as a phone number) so the agent — and, where needed, a human reviewer — can respond.
We also collect standard technical data automatically when you visit our site, such as browser type, device information, and pages viewed, typically through our hosting provider's server logs.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to inquiries, schedule calls, deliver and improve the agents we build, and meet legal or contractual obligations. Conversation data from a deployed agent is used to operate that agent and, with appropriate safeguards, to retrain and improve its accuracy over time.
Third-party services
We rely on a small number of service providers to run this site and our agents: a form-delivery service (Formspree) to route contact form submissions to our inbox, a hosting provider (Vercel) to serve the website, and messaging infrastructure (such as the WhatsApp Business Platform) to send and receive agent conversations. Each of these providers processes data under its own terms, and we choose providers that meet reasonable security standards.
Data retention
We keep contact form submissions and conversation logs for as long as needed to provide our services, support a client relationship, or meet legal obligations — typically no longer than is reasonably necessary for those purposes. You can request earlier deletion at any time (see "Your rights" below).
Your rights
Depending on where you're located, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to object to certain uses of it. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@wrennon.com and we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Cookies
This site uses only the minimal cookies or local storage needed for it to function — we do not currently run third-party advertising or tracking cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated accordingly.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold, including restricting access to authorized personnel. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Children's privacy
Our site and services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices evolve. We'll post any changes here with a new "last updated" date, and for material changes we'll make a reasonable effort to notify active clients directly.
